It’s Not Too Late For Spring Cleaning
Spring is the perfect time of year to clean house and renew your body, mind, and spirit. Just as the snow melts and streams flow, it’s a great time to ramp up your yoga practice to help melt the snow that may have accumulated in your body. See how much you can transform your body and mind by committing to your practice. Everyone practices yoga for different reasons-physical, emotional, spiritual-and the beauty of yoga is that it heals and improves everything: all over, inside-out, from bones-to-skin and parts of you that you didn’t think needed improvement.
Challenge yourself to take 4 or more classes per week within 5 consecutive weeks between now and the end of May. Experience the amazing benefits of a daily yoga practice!
You may start the Challenge anytime throughout April and May. It does not have to be at the beginning of a month. It just has to be when you are ready to commit for 5 consecutive weeks!
It is helpful to identify a Challenge “buddy” to help support you throughout the Challenge period.
You will need to have a class pass to participate. Unlimited passes such as the monthly or yearly memberships make the most financial sense. We are offering a one time monthly unlimited pass for $80 for those who aren’t members who want to participate.
